From Blogger To WordPress Back To Blogger

Hello Lovelies,

I have spent the last week and a half wanting to update my template on Wordpress but you have to have a self hosted web site to do this your blog needs to end in .org rather than .com. I did a lot of research as I did want to stay with Wordpress over the last 2 1/2 months I have gained nearly 200 followers and I didn't want to lose you all but also my template on Wordpress I was getting fed up with it. I wanted it to look more professional since I didn't have a self hosting website and the ones that I tried was charging quite a lot of money for this.

My Blog T-Shirt

Hello Lovelies, 

I thought I would do something a bit different today I’ve not done any OOTD Posts so far and thought why not do that. 

I got this t-shirt 2-3 years ago when I thought about doing a blog (this is something I’ve wanted to do for such a long time) Your support means so much to me so if you have followed my blog thankyou so much.

This is now my third attempt of doing a blog and I guess the timing for me was just right I have got more time on my hands to focus on my blog which I never had before. I’m loving getting your lovely comments by the way thank you so much for them,,,,

The t-shirt I got from Next I think it was about £10 at the time and I liked it because it said I’m kind of a big deal on my blog. 

I was looking through my wardrobe today for something to wear and thought it would make an interesting blog post. 

The weather has been nicer so I thought I would team it with my mint green jeans another favourite item it’s the first time I have worn them since they were bought last year and then put a light beige cardigan over the top.

Day Trip to Bury Markets - New Make-Up Bought For Me By Mum

Hello Lovelies, 

A couple of weeks ago I went to Bury Markets.

My mum lives in sheltered accommodation for people over the age of 55 and every now and again I go on these trips that they organise to keep her company.  

I’d heard so many great things about Bury Markets people said that it was really cheap to shop there and had been meaning to go and check them out for awhile I lived In Manchester but never got around to it so I thought I’d go with my mum on this trip and keep her company….

It’s weird how in all the years that I lived in Manchester I didn’t go to Bury Markets as it’s just a tram away and I move back to Preston and then I go. 

Life sure is funny sometimes isn’t it?. 

It was a lovely day out we had a look around the markets my mum bought me some new make-up from one of the stands I could not believe how cheap it was

National Stationary Week 27th April - 3rd May 2015

Hello Lovelies, 

I have wanted to do a blog post about National Stationary Week. I was supposed to do it last weekend but I had some terrible news and I’ve not been able to focus on writing ever since. 

One of my very good friends from high school past away which really shook me up as she was the same age as me and when we were at school together we were very close and reconnected again recently and was supposed to meet up but we just never got the chance. 

If you have been reading my blog you will know that I have recently gone back to college to study photography which has been a hobby of mine and something I am passionate about for many years and I got some really cute stationary that has a lot of photography themed illustrations on them.  So I thought I would show you what I got….

Floral Headband From Primark

I think it’s so beautiful great for summer this headband was £2.50. 

Primark have a lot of great headbands like this for summer there great for just getting your hair from your face so nice for summer.

Fleur De Force - The Glam Guide Book Review

Hello Lovelies, 

I have wanted to do a review on this Fleur de Force – The Glam Guide since I read it a couple of weeks ago. When I saw this in WHSMITH’S. I didn’t know whether to buy it so I decided to ask my local library to see if they could reserve me a copy.

 Not quite realising how long it would actually take for them to get hold of a copy of this book. it took them 3 months. I could have read it twice over in that time :-).

They do say the best things in life are waiting for though don’t they …. 

I just thought rather then buying it, it would be better to reserve a copy and if I don’t like the book I can just take it back to my local library and it would have only cost me 60 pence as that is what it costs to reserve a book from the library.  

At WHSMITH’S at the time I saw this book it was £10.99 RRP is £14.99.

Infamous Tangle Teaser V's Style Studio De-Tangle Brush Comparison Review

Hello Lovelies, 

I have been wanting to do this review since I bought the Style Detangle Brush a couple of months ago but I wanted to test the brush out for awhile first. 

I love my Tangle Teaser I have had this brush for over a year I use it every single day so when I saw this Style Studio Detangle Brush I just had to try it out and see how the two compare against one another. 

The main difference is of course is the price my Tangle Teaser was £10.99 and the Style Detangle Brush was just 99p (yes 99p) 

So I was interested to see how the Style Detangle Brush would compare against the Infamous Tangle teaser….

My thoughts on this Style Studio Detangle Brush is that It was good value for money and If you are on a budget and have never tried the Tangle Teaser then it would be great for you as you wouldn't have anything to compare at against and don't know how great the Tangle teaser really is....

Rimmel Rita Ora Bestival Blue Nail Polish V's Primark P.S Mint Green Nail Polish Review

Hello Lovelies, 

I hope you are enjoying your bank holiday weekend so far. 

I thought since I can’t sleep I should be productive and write a post for my blog since I’ve not done that in a few days now. 

I have been reviewing nail polishes recently especially the ones from Primark they have such a nice range of summer colours in there at the moment and they are just 80p. 

What a BARGAIN!!!!…..

Mint green is definitely my favourite summer colour I just love it this nail polish is definitely a summer essential for me. 

In fact rather this post is not just a review it's a summer essential for me it's definitely on my list to be wearing throughout summer. 

I wanted to compare the P.S Nail polishes against a higher brand so when I saw this Rita Ora, Rimmel Nail Polish in my local Pharmacy it gave me the perfect opportunity to compare them. 

I have to say though I was a little disappointed with the Rita Ora Nail Polish just because I thought it was going to be a paler blue then it was I have a few colours in my collection by Barry M that are very similar to this but it was on special offer so I don’t mind as much.

Look Flawless Fix V's Rimmel BB Cream 9-in-1 Review

No plans for me this bank holiday weekend as such I’m going to my mum’s tomorrow which I do every Sunday for her lovely Sunday dinner so I’m already looking forward to that.

I have wanted to do this review for awhile it’s a comparison review between Look Flawless Fix Beauty Balm and Rimmel Radiance 9-in-1 BB Cream.

I was very excited when I found this Rimmel BB Cream Radiance Cream 9-In-1 in a Magazine I had heard good things. I think I did a first impressions post on this particular cream when I got the Look Flawless Fix Beauty Balm.  I said that I was going to try Look Flawless Fix Beauty Balm and Rimmel 9-in-1 BB Cream and compare the two of them. This Rimmel 9-in-1 perfecting cream  claims to do the following Primes, moisturises, minimises pores, conceals, covers, smoothes, mattifies, brightens and helps protect. Lightweight Ultra Comfortable formula instantly gives a flawless finish. I was very surprised at this product because I have tried a lot of Rimmel Foundations light weight and extra coverage. I know this is a BB Cream but I was very disappointed with the product I was expecting more from it because of what it claims to do maybe my expectations were too high. I am glad I didn’t purchase this BB Cream like I was going to though.
