What I Did This Weekend....

Hello Lovelies,

Hope you are all well and had a wonderful bank holiday weekend.....

I went to the cinema this weekend with my Nephew to watch Straight Outta Compton.
When I first heard about this movie I really didn't think it would be my kind of Movie and I really only went to keep my Nephew company.

It's no fun going to the cinema on your own I did it so many times when I lived in Manchester it's not great so I said I would go with my Nephew he has wanted to see if for such a long time.

Manicure Monday

Hello Lovelies,

I can't believe it is Monday already hope you all have had a lovely Weekend.
I love this time of the week where I get to do a Manicure and show you what I have Created whether that is some Nail Art or Just a normal Manicure.

So this week I am wearing a colour from my Sinful Nail Polish Collection it's called Candy Coated which is this gorgeous Lavender Colour and I have 2 Coats of that on to give an even finish

On top of that I am wearing the Rimmel Glitter Top Coat I bought last week it's called Bedazzle-021 and I am just in love with this it's by far the best Glitter Top Coat I own.
When you put this Glitter over your Chosen Nail Polish it looks like Dotted Nail Art without all the Hazzle of getting a Dotting Tool and Different Coloured Nail Polishes and the end Result looks so Pretty.

Quite a short post I know but that's what i like about the Manicure Monday's it's all about the Nail Polishes so it's more photos then anything

Here are the photos for one reason or another i didn't take the photos at the time and some of my nail polish has chipped but you can still make out how pretty the nail polishes are.

Let me know your thoughts and if you have tried any of these nail polishes before....

Blogger Bracelet From Dorkface Shop Etsy

Hello Lovelies,

Hope you are having a good day....

Today I thought I would talk about a recent order I made with the DorkFace Shop through Etsy.

Etsy - DorkFace Shop

I have tried to get a Bracelet very Similar to this before from Etsy Store but they don't seem to Ship Internationally So when I saw this on Dorkface Blog I knew I had to order one.

The Price Range for these Bracelets is really Inexpensive there is a Price Bracket depending on how many letters you would like on your Bracelet.

So 1-5 Letters Beaded Bracelet are the Cheapest and they are just £1.70 Plus Postage.

Next there is 1-11 Letters which is £2.30 and this is the one I got Plus Postage and I believe the Postage was 70p because I think the Bracelet came to £3

Another Bracelet has been added to the Collection 1-20 letters which is £3 (Jemma) also does Necklaces as well that is the name of the person who Created these Gorgeous Bracelets and the Owner of Dorkface Blog and Dorkface Shop....

Review On Colorfy App

Hello Lovelies,

Hope you are well and having a good week so far....

I am really quite excited about writing this post this is an App that you can get for your Iphone and I believe you can get it for Android as well.

I have known that WHSMITH'S do Colouring Books like this for Adults which are kind of Pricey I have just checked on the website and have found one that isn't that Pricey £6.06 last time I checked they were over £10 which I think is quite high when all said and done it's just a Coloring Book.

Here is the link for a physical one at WHSMITHS if you don't want to download the App onto your phone.

Hello Lovelies,

Last night I was looking on www.etsy.com and I came across this really cute illustration made by Moody Shop Art.

I have been looking for a illustration to put on my Blog for awhile and this one didn't cost that much which is always a Plus it was only 79p which I think is such a Bargain.

I thought this would be Perfect on my Blog but I would like it to be more of a Custom Illustration so I am currently in talks with the Designer she is called Ruby she is so nice and I am hoping she can make the changes to this Illustration that I want :-).

What I Have Been Doing This Weekend?

Hello Lovelies,

Hope you have had a lovely weekend,

Today I thought I would do a different post I thought I would tell you what I had been doing with my weekend.

I didn't really do much I am still helping my mum with the things that she needs doing around her home as she has still got her arm in one of those Cuff and Collar Slings so she can't do a lot for herself I feel so sorry for her.
So yes at the moment all her cooking, cleaning and even simple things as washing her hair I have been doing so Unfortunately I haven't had that much time for my blog.

I am so Pleased that I have had the Chance to Write a little over this weekend :-)

Yesterday I went to my Mum's to cook us Sunday Dinner it was Lovely then when I came home I decided to work on my Blog.
I wanted some Images for it as I was getting a little bit Bored with it just having the Beauty With Andrea Font so I decided to buy some Clip Art from the Etsy Store.
I love the Etsy Store they Sell everything on there I have had a couple of Templates of there now and there so Inexpensive....

I really like Unicorns and I so this cute Pic Art on California Craft Girls if your Interested in checking out her Clip art you can find her on the Etsy Store.

This is the Unicorn I ordered Originally and it was only £1 which I thought was really cheap and I think it's so beautiful and would look Gorgeous on my Blog.
So I went ahead and Ordered it from California Craft Girls and the link would just not open which was quite Disappointing.
At first I thought it might be my Laptop because I have a Chrome Book and they aren't the best at downloading so I tried on a different Computer Still the same problem occured.
Everytime I tried Downloading the Image it just said that the File was Broken.

I really liked this Design so I decided to get back in contact with the Owner She is Lovely she is called Kirsten she was such a help.

Kirsten said she would E-mail me the Image as soon as she got home as she was out and as an Apology she said I could also choose something for Free.
Which I thought was just so Kind of her I wouldn't have Chosen a Free Image as all the other Images where more expensive.
I explained this to Kirsten she told me not to Worry about the Price I just wanted what I Paid for though I didn't expect to get a Freebie it was No-one's fault it was just a Technical Issue these things happen all the time :-)

Kirsten e-mailed me the Image that I Ordered which was the Lovely Rainbow Unicorn and to my Surprise she had also sent me a Nice Turquouise Unicorn (which is my favourite colour) so I am so Thankful for that but she really didn't need to do that.

How cute is this Turquoise Unicorn.....

I also got a really pretty green owl I love Owl's so much I feel like Kirsten knows me so well....

Awe it's just so cute I haven't used this Owl for anything yet but I am sure I will make good use out of it thanks Kirsten so much If you ever read my blog :-).

I thought both Unicorns would look really nice on my blog because they compliment the colour theme of my template.

So that's what I did last night I added the Unicorns to my Header and I did that using http://www.picmonkey.com/ I love using this to create headers for Facebook, You Tube and Twitter and I have used Pic Monkey to create all my blog buttons and Images on my Sidebar....

If you want to see Kirsten's other Pic Art, Artwork you can see it all here https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/CaliforniaGirlCrafts?page=2

I looked at the Header of my Blog again this Morning to see if there was anything I could add to make it look more like a Beauty Blog so I went back on the Etsy Store and so these lovely Illustration Tom Ford Lipsticks.
I've always loved Tom Ford Lipsticks I have heard great things about them not been so Lucky as to own one for myself yet though as they are quite expensive to buy.
So I thought I'd get this lovely Illustration for my Blog instead so again I went to Pic Monkey to make the Header for my Blog.
I decided to Place a Unicorn at either end of the Header and the Lipsticks in the Middle and I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

So this is what it looks like on my blog.....

I even used the Rainbow Unicorn as my Favicon the Template I have on my blog came with a really Pretty Bow but everyone who has the same Template as me will have that Favicon so I thought I would mix it up and add the Rainbow Unicorn which makes it look Unique....

If you are Interested in the Tom Ford Lipstick Illustration you can buy it on the Etsy Store I will leave you the link down below.

The shop that sells the Tom Ford Lipstick Illustation are called Pink Geeks Project here is the link https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/PinkGeeksProject?ref=l2-shopheader-name

I think my blog certainly represents me a little more and shows some of my Character I love Unicorns and Lipstick.

Leopard Print & Aztec Print Mini Skirt & Rust Vest Top PRIMARK

Hello Lovelies,

Today I thought I would talk to you about this outfit that I picked up at Primark literally for next to nothing.

Here is what it looks like....

I am absolutely in Love with this Skirt from Primark it was on the Sale Rack I think it said for £3 which i thought was a great price for a Skirt.
I don't have any Skirts so I thought this would be nice for any Sunny Weather that we get with a nice Vest Top.

I love that It's not the Boring Brown Leopard Print had the Skirt been like that I wouldn't have bought it it's too Bet Gilroy from Coronation Street for me :-).
This skirt though I just love all the Colours in it and then the Aztec Print at the Top and Bottom of the Skirt it just makes it look so Different from anything I have ever owned.
The one negative of this Skirt and it really is just me Picking at this Point is that it's very Short I didn't realise how Short.

I've not worn a Skirt this Short in quite awhile now but it's not a big deal.
I think in the Summer everyone wears short skirts don't they?
in the Winter when it starts getting a bit colder I will be able to wear the Skirt with Tights....

I love this nice Rust Coloured Vest from Primark aswell this wasn't on Sale it cost £2.30 but I thought the Colour would look really nice with the Skirt and I think it really Compliments the colours in the Skirt really well.
The price point of the Vest Tops aren't too bad but they did used to be a lot Cheaper I can remember buying some Vest tops from Primark a few years ago for £1.80 now the Strappy Vests are £1.80 but these Slouchy Vest Tops are £2.30.
I have looked around and they are this Price point in most shops now the likes of Select, H&M and New look do a offer where you can buy 2 vest tops for £5 so Primark is still a little bit Cheaper if you buy 2 of these Slouchy Vest Tops it will only cost £4.60.

Just look how nice these Colours look together I'm so glad I bought them now I might not get that much wear out of the Vest top for the rest of this Summer but I can put it away for Next Summer.
I really struggled this Summer I had Zero Clothes for the Summer so I had to buy a few Pieces as we have had a few Hot days so far.
I really feel I got a Bargain with the Skirt as it had a £3 Label on it and I only paid £1 can you believe that Primark practically gave it away.
I think the Skirt originally cost £8....

These are the shoes that I wore with this outfit....

I didn't buy these Sandals at the same time as I bought the Skirt and Vest Top I saw them about 5 or 6 weeks earlier in the Sales at Primark yet again :-).
Primark is my most Favourite to place to Shop especially when they have Sales on their Sales have been so good this Summer.

I loved these Sandals as soon as I saw then with the Snakeskin Print they reminded me of something that I saw in Debenhams but the ones that I saw were so unaffordble to me I think they were about £45 also I don't think they were as nice as these are from Primark and the ones from Debenhams was leather I don't tend to buy leather as I strongly believe that Animals shouldn't have to suffer so that we can look good but that is just my opinion.

So when I so these in Primark I was really Happy as I didn't have any Summer Sandals and they were an exact duplicate of the ones I'd been looking at.
When I saw these I didn't realise they were on Sale I think the label said they were £6 which was a Good Price considering the other ones at Debenhams where £45.
I took them to the Till at Primark and they had gone down to £2 another Bargain I had picked up in Primark's Summer Sales.

I think these shoes look really nice with the Leopard Print Skirt I bought and they also look Lovely with Skinny Jeans or Jeggings.

I love the way the Sandals cross over at the front and have the 2 buckle detail it gives them an edge.

It's not the most flattering photo of me but I wanted to show you what the Outfit looked like on :-)

Did you manage to pick any Summer bargain's up from primark's summer sales?

Rimmel Glam Eyes Day 2 Night Mascara Review

Hello Lovelies,

Hope you are enjoying your weekend It was such a lovely day yesterday wasn't it, It was so nice to get out and about for a bit.

I thought I would do a little Review on this Rimmel Glam Eyes Day 2 Night Mascara as you probably know if you have been reading my blog I have been using Rimmel Scandal Eyes Rockin Curves that Mascara has been my go to Mascara over the last few months and I saw Rimmel Glam Eyes Day 2 Night Mascara in my local chemist after I had been to the doctor so I thought I would give it a try as I have wanted to try it out for awhile now.

The Reviews that I have seen on this Rimmel Glam Eyes Day 2 Night Mascara have been pretty mixed some people love it and some people absolutely hate it and say it's a Con.
I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a Con but I do understand why people where shall we say a little upset with this product.

Here is what it looks like....

This is what Rimmel say about this Mascara it's a 2-in-1 Mascara with a Magic Cap.
Multi-tasking 2 in 1 defined length/intense volume mascara.
Top Cap (so that would be the black cap that says length) Exceptionally defined and ultra lengthened lashes
Bottom Cap (so that is the pink cap that says volume) Thickens lashes with voluptuous, oversized volume No clumps.

This Mascara has Pros and Cons to it like most things the one big Con that a lot of people had a problem with was the Wand of this Mascara and how Rimmel claimed it was a Volume Mascara and also a lengthening Mascara this is where people thought they had been conned because it is just one Mascara Wand even though it looks like it has two wands and it's also just one Formula of Mascara so if it's just one Formula how can it lengthen and Volumise?

So you have this great big nice brush for Volume and I really do like it and I have to admit it does work for me my eyelashes are pretty Pathetic I've not been blessed at all with good eyelashes but this is definitely a good Mascara for me to use to give my lashes more volume.

The Idea behind this is that the Top Cap is supposed to give your lashes length but as you can see this product which I Hate to say it as I Love Rimmel so much is a bit of a Gimmick as you unscrew the top of the Length and all it does it take the Excess away from the Volume Brush.
Look at all that Excess if you use the Length part of the Mascara once you pull the length through you have a smaller wand with barely any product on it because by pulling the Wand through the tube it's removed all the excess mascara.

I have been using this Rimmel Glam Eyes Day 2 Night Mascara for the last 2 weeks and I will definitely continue to use it as so far I do really like it well the Volume Side of the Mascara anyway.
I probably won't use the length side of the Mascara as there is too much waste.

The only thing that I don't like is the fact that this Mascara claims to be both a volume & length mascara when it's just not it's 1 brush in 1 mascara tube which has been labelled as Seperate Mascara's. If this was not a good Mascara I would be really Upset but I do like the Product and I like how it's Packaged in the Black and Pink it looks like a Luxurious Mascara.

I always end my reviews like this, the $100 question is would I re-purchase this product again?
I am enjoying using it so far as long as I like it I would buy it again Rimmel Mascara's aren't that Expensive and this Mascara is very Comfortable to wear it doesn't clump and is very Buildable....

Thanks for reading
xoxo

Pastel Leopard Print Nail Art

Hello Lovelies,

Hope your all well and have had a lovely weekend.....

I am really getting into Nail Art lately last night I couldn't sleep so I thought I would do a Leopard Print Pattern over the Nail Polish that I had used a couple of days before....

I really like this Mint Green Colour from the Barry M Speedy Quick Dry Range the colour is actually called Road Rage....

As I already had Road Rage on my Nails I wanted a really nice Pastel Colour that complimented the Road Rage colour So I chose this really nice Baby Pink Colour also by Barry M Speedy Quick Dry Range the Colour of this one is called Kiss Me Quick....

I think the Colour Combination of these Two Nail Polishes look so Cute together they really Compliment one another....

I Highly recommend these Barry M Speedy Quick Dry Nail Polishes they dry so fast so if you are like me and don't have time for your Nail Polish to dry then they are Ideal for you.
The Consistency of the Nail Polish is really Good too it's as Good as any of the other Barry M Nail Polishes out there....

Some of the Reviews that I read on these Speedy Quick Dry Nail Polishes wasn't that great and left me wondering should I try them I wasn't going too If I am being honest I am pleased that I did now.

Anyway back to the Leopard Print Nail Art I used a Medium Sized Dotting Tool for the Spots and put them on all my Nails except my Accent Nail I thought I would leave that Gold to give my nails a little bit of a Edgy look...

Once the Pink Spots had dried I used my Black Rio Nail Art Pen to make the Spots look like Leopard Print Spots.

This Black Rio Nail Art Pen I have only just found in my Nail Polish Collection and that's what made me do this Nail Art.

I definitely need to get some more of these Rio Nail Art Pens to do more Nail Art in the Future.

Here are the photos of the Leopard Print Nail Art
